The project consists of the following: Siegfried and Roy
Park, to be constructed on approximately 22.58 acres
located between Swenson and Maryland Parkway and
adjacent to the Russell Road relocation north of Gold
Dust Ave. and Sir Patrick Ave., including, but not limited
to, clearing and grubbing of the site, installation of
utilities, asphalt, curbing, gutters, sidewalks, excavation
and grading, sodding, installation of decomposed
granite and landscape boulders, irrigation, pump
station and fertilizer injection system, plumbing,
potable water lines, masonry walls, fencing and gates,
playground, park shelters, park furniture, basketball
and tennis courts, landscaping, security and park
lighting and electrical service, and restroom buildings.
